  • How can I order a product?

We facilitate a maximum of your purchases.

  1. You select the desired product (s)
  2. Click on "add to cart"
  3. Click on the shopping cart icon on the top right (your "basket") to complete your purchases
  • Is there a minimum of products per order?

There is no minimum quantity required and all our deliveries are free. If you want to order in bulk, send an e-mail to our team at contact@blossomingseason.com

  • Can I cancel my order?

It is entirely possible to cancel your order! If the order is already in preparation, the cancellation fee is 40% of the purchase price.

  • Discount codes

We only accept one and only one discount code per order.

  • I received an import tax

BlossomingSeason® ship our products worldwide legally. However, the buyer is responsible for import taxes of his/her country, we decline any responsibility.


  • Can I change my order?

Yes, as long as your order is not 'in process.'


  • I did not receive my order !

A problem with the Post Office? Lost package, destroyed? 

With our secure delivery , BlossomingSeason® handles litigation for you. The satisfaction of our customers is our priority. We do not blame the carrier by letting you 'get by.' We assume full responsibility by immediately returning a new package at our expense.

  • My order is not complete!
If your order includes several items, it is possible that they are sent separately, depending on available stocks. Do not worry, your package will arrive shortly.
