Self- Love:

 In this module, you’ll learn how to love yourselves and overcome any negative thinking that occurs. We will reinforce this with daily exercises for 45 days within the course and you can choose which days you complete these throughout the duration.Here we will allow you to see where you self-sabotage mentally, physically, spiritually, financially, and emotionally.

Exploringthe strengths and weaknesses of your natural communication style. So your words become more confident.

 Well-being WednesdaysandHealing Sundays x1 30-minutesessions everyfortnight as a 1-1 as I amvery hands-on. Spaces are limited because of this as i like to get to know you as a person and help you dive deeper into the course with intuitive healing.
